1. MAKEUPS: If you miss a class due to illness or other reason you can schedule your makeup as far in advance as you like. You can even pre schedule if you know you are going to miss a class. Do not wait until the end of the session to schedule makeups and jump into Bonus classes to get some extra classes under your belt just in case you miss the last week or 2 of class due to illness. Makeup classes cannot be rolled over.
2. NEW UNLIMITED BONUS CLASSES: Please do not schedule Bonus Classes more than 1 day in advance to be sure there is plenty of space for families needing to makeup missed classes. Put the work BONUS where it says missed class. Bonus classes are based on availability.
3.. CANCEL MAKEUPS & BONUS CLASSES as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Simply click on the Cancel Tab (next to the Schedule Tab) and proceed from there. This is very important in order to keep our unlimited Bonus Class option working. Not cancelling your MAKEUP OR BONUS CLASS may result in us limiting your makeups and bonus classes. Please help us to work together!
4. CANCEL IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING YOUR REGULAR CLASS TO FREE UP SPACE FOR MAKEUPS & BONUS CLASSES. JULIE IS WORKING ON SETTING THIS UP AND WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN IT IS RUNNING.
